VRadar: A Quantum-Resilient Security Operations Center Platform with Post-Quantum Cryptographic Log Transport and QRNG Key Generation

We present VRadar, the first commercially deployed Security Operations Center (SOC) platform implementing NIST-standardized post-quantum cryptographic (PQC) algorithms for security log transport. The system implements ML-KEM-768 (FIPS 203) for quantum-resistant key exchange, ML-DSA-65 (FIPS 204) for data integrity verification, and QRNG integration for cryptographic entropy. A novel PQ-Agent architecture enables hybrid deployment alongside classical security agents. Performance evaluation demonstrates less than 2% cryptographic overhead on end-to-end latency.
