A Case of Heart Failure With Reduced Ejection Fraction Secondary to Dilated Cardiomyopathy due to Long‐Standing Untreated Acromegaly: A Case Report and Focused Literature Review

ABSTRACT Several complications have been linked to acromegaly. However, heart failure with a reduced ejection fraction is rare and occurs in fewer than 3% of patients. We report a case of heart failure with a reduced ejection fraction due to dilated cardiomyopathy secondary to acromegaly.
