[R script] Estimating thermal tolerance in macroalgae through ramping temperature assays

R script destined to analyse the evolution of yield values (Fv/Fm) measured through a set of dynamic ramping temperature assays, in macroalgae from the North-Eastern Atlantic ocean. The original script was conceived for the analysis of: A set of 4 different ramping rates Two different populations of the same species NB: The avalailable example data set contains only one single population but can be adapted for more Photosynthetic activity of the studied macroalgae was measured by Pulse-Amplitude-Modulation (PAM) fluorometry under very low light conditions.
