This research presents a comprehensive framework for real-time dermatological monitoring that integrates Extended Reality (XR) glasses with an artificial intelligence-driven skin lesion classification system. The solution enables automated detection, classification, and risk assessment of twenty distinct dermatological conditions through advanced computer vision and deep learning techniques. The spatially aware XR interface displays three interactive diagnostic panels that are persistently anchored to physical lesions: real-time lesion information with clinical descriptions, step-by-step treatment guidance with procedural visualizations, and risk projection modules simulating pathological progression. System validation encompasses technical performance metrics, establishing a foundation for future point-of-care diagnostic systems.
