This dataset contains biosignal recordings collected from pediatric patients with rheumatological conditions during hospital-based treatment sessions. Data were acquired using the Empatica E4 wearable device under both resting and exercise conditions. The recorded physiological signals include blood volume pulse (BVP), electrodermal activity (EDA), heart rate (HR), inter-beat interval (IBI), skin temperature (TEMP), and three-axis acceleration (ACC). In addition to biosignals, subjective pain assessments were obtained from each patient during both rest and exercise phases using the Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale. Corresponding pain levels were assigned as labels for each condition. For each patient, the dataset provides raw biosignal files, as well as processed and synchronized data in unified format. Demographic and clinical information are also included to enable multimodal analysis of physiological responses and perceived pain.
