Directional truncation and extirpation of species distribution models

I assessed current and future predictions from species distribution models after isolating 1) cold and warm distributions of tree species after truncation to Arctic or non-Arctic regions in North America and 2) historical and current mammal ranges after extirpation globally. untruncated folder has models from untruncated georeferenced records and pseudoabsences from the North American background. arctic_truncated_presence folder has models from georeferenced records truncated to the Arctic and pseudoabsences from the North American background. arctic_truncated folder has models from georeferenced records truncated to the Arctic and pseudoabsences from the Arctic background. nonarctic_truncated folder has models from georeferenced records truncated to the non-Arctic and pseudoabsences from the non-Arctic background. historical folder has models from IUCN range samples of historical ranges. extant_extirpated folder has models from IUCN range samples of historical ranges.
