For example, in cases where the pathological process is localized in the anteroinferior sinus sections. The article presents the author’s modification of maxillary sinusotomy through the inferior nasal meatus, which is based on the formation of a wide mucous flap with its mandatory suture fixation and the use of piezoelectric scalpel for creating a bone window.
