R scripts and GIS outputs for Alamo et al. on "Climate and urbanization as drivers of range expansion and abundance in thermophilic insects: the case of the butterfly Zizeeria knysna"

This repository contains the R scripts used for data processing, species distribution modelling, supplementary environmental analyses, abundance modelling, and spatial interpolation in the manuscript on Zizeeria knysna. It also includes GIS-ready raster outputs in GeoTIFF format associated with the spatial modelling workflow. The material is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse of the analytical workflow.
