Analysis of Occupational Injuries Among Permanent and Contract Staff at a Metallurgical Enterprise

The metallurgical industry is associated with a heightened level of occupational risk. Notably, the incidence of workplace injuries differs between permanent employees and contract workers within these enterprises. This study aims to identify and comparatively analyze the risk factors contributing to occupational injuries among both groups at a metallurgical enterprise. Using statistical methods, key indicators were calculated to characterize industrial injuries within the studied populations. The analysis revealed significant differences in the structure and causes of injuries between permanent and contract staff. These findings enabled the development of targeted recommendations aimed at reducing occupational injuries in both groups.
