Code & data: In situ architecture of plasmodesmata in Physcomitrium patens resolved by cryo-electron tomography

This entry contains the python script used for statistical analyses and plotting data on plasmodesmata geometry from cryo electron tomograms of cell-cell interfaces in Physcomitrium patens (plot_from_csv_unified.py). Raw data are contained in the individual csv files (first row: data value, second row: data set identifier, third row: biological replicate identifier). stats.txt contains the console outputs generated by plot_from_csv_unified.py for each dataset.
