This record contains Version 2 (v2) of the manuscript: Information Field Cosmology: A Testable Effective Origin of Spacetime and Gravity This version presents a substantially strengthened and clarified effective theoretical framework in which spacetime and gravity emerge from the dynamics of an underlying informational field. Compared with Version 1, this release includes:- a more sharply defined effective-theory scope,- strengthened observational testability arguments,- improved comparison with scalar–tensor and modified-gravity frameworks,- explicit falsifiability conditions and parameter-space interpretation,- refined conceptual structure and observational windows,- and a significantly improved abstract, conclusion, and overall narrative coherence. The central claim is not that a final microscopic theory of gravity has been established, but that even a minimal informational dynamics may already provide a physically constrained and observationally testable route from localized nonlinear structure to effective spacetime and gravitational phenomena. The framework is intentionally formulated as a controlled effective theory, with clear separation between established structural results, derived consequences, and speculative extensions. This ensures robustness, interpretability, and resistance to unfalsifiable reinterpretations. This version is intended as the stable public preprint and archival reference associated with journal submission.
