TEAM: Tribal Ecosystem Additive Model — Structural Design Standard for Regenerative Sport Systems

TEAM defines the structural architecture required to organise sport systems such that regenerative growth is possible. It describes how system layers are arranged, connected, and constrained to preserve participation, enable progression, and maintain value circulation. This standard forms part of the Citizens Sports Structural Standards Series. It complements: CS-SS-001 — The Nourishment Gateway (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19139282), which provides a binary diagnostic of system regeneration. CS-SS-002 — GROWING (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19264783), which defines the structural conditions required for regeneration to be possible. TEAM defines the structural design through which these conditions can be satisfied. Together, these standards establish a system for evaluating and constructing sustainable sport ecosystems.
