Diffeomorphic Persistence of the Dissipative Manifold Observer (DMO): Agent Coupling for Multiphase Gate Dynamics Between Brain Structure and Surroundings

The classical "Boltzmann Brain" paradox posits that a self-aware observer is more likely to arise as a transient, high-entropy fluctuation in a vacuum than through a stable evolutionary process—a state inevitably followed by immediate thermal decay, or "stochastic ending." This paper challenges this paradigm by introducing the Dissipative Manifold Observer (DMO), a non equilibrium steady state sustained by a bijective, differentiable mapping (Diffeomorphism) between a high-density biological manifold (1028 m−3) and the Tenuous Earth Ambient Plasma (TEAP) environment (1012 m−3).
