CURRENT STATUS OF LEGAL SERVICES, FIELD ISSUES AND DIRECTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT

This article scientifically and analytically studies the modern directions of reforming the legal service system, its institutional development, the importance of new mechanisms such as legal audit, compliance and legal monitoring systems, and the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence technologies on legal activities. Also, a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems in the legal service, ways to eliminate them, and the positive changes expected as a result of reforms is carried out. The results of the study justify the need to transform the legal service into an element of strategic management.
