Numerical Code — Theory of Alpha Functions on Primes

Python scripts implementing all numerical computations from the preprint "Theory of Alpha Functions on Primes" (Moya, 2026). Includes computation of the canonical constant k₀, generalized Mertens constants Mₖ, vertical Brun constants Bₖ^H for 41 admissible prime constellations, deformed Alpha constants Cₖ, the spectral quotient, and numerical verification of the quotient functional equations. Requires Python ≥ 3.13, mpmath ≥ 1.3.0, numpy ≥ 1.24.
