Data and code for: Forest–river interfaces shape lobomycosis risk in the Amazon Basin

This dataset supports the manuscript "Forest–river interfaces shape lobomycosis risk in the Amazon Basin". It includes anonymized case-control data used in spatial epidemiological analyses of lobomycosis in the Brazilian Amazon. Environmental variables include landscape composition and configuration metrics, distance to rivers, altitude, and population density. Geographic coordinates have been removed or masked to ensure participant confidentiality. The repository also includes the R script used for statistical analyses and a README file describing all variables and procedures.
