Framework TET-CVTL: Topological Eternal Trefoil – Chiral Vacuum Torque Loop. Eternal Topological Protection and Anyon Braiding in Twisted Bilayer Graphene for Persistent Chiral Torque Generation from the Quantum Vacuum and Applications to Interstellar Propulsion

The TET-CVTL (Topological Eternal Trefoil – Chiral Vacuum Torque Loop) framework unifies eternal braiding of non-Abelian Fibonacci anyons and parafermions in twisted bilayer graphene (TBG) heterostructures with a persistent chiral torque extracted from the quantum vacuum. This torque emerges as a topological-chiral analogue of the Lense-Thirring gravitomagnetic frame-dragging effect. Starting from the fusion rules of Fibonacci anyons (τ ⊗ τ = 1 ⊕ τ), whose quantum dimension exactly matches the golden ratio φ = (1 + √5)/2 ≈ 1.61803, and the spontaneous golden-ratio amplification cascades generated by topological braiding, we derive a chirality-dependent, topologically protected torque. The primordial trefoil knot (3₁), acting as a Nash-stable attractor in the system’s dynamical evolution, serves as a topological catalyst for coherent extraction of angular momentum from the quantum vacuum without violation of local symmetries. We develop full Floquet-Lindblad models, measurable golden-ratio entanglement witnesses via topological entropy and monodromy matrix, adaptive thermal annealing strategies with PID gain scheduling, and multi-parafermion Monte Carlo simulations incorporating strain noise and radiative decays (including Single Photon Emission events). Mission concepts are outlined: the hybrid FEEP-vacuum torque lunar lander LEWE (6U/12U) and the Mars Eternal Scout interplanetary probe. Saturated thrust estimates range from 0.3–10 µN on centimetre-scale arrays, yielding Δv contributions of 0.05–0.12 km/s over biennial cruises when hybridized with existing technologies (FEEP, ion thrusters, NTP/NEP, solar/laser sails, topologically catalyzed p-¹¹B aneutronic fusion, Alcubierre metrics, etc.). This work demonstrates that the eternal topological protection of the primordial trefoil knot bridges mesoscopic phenomena (non-Abelian anyon and parafermion braiding in TBG) to macroscopic and interstellar propulsion by extracting angular momentum from the quantum vacuum, while providing a parameter-free resolution pathway for the Yang–Mills mass gap mediated by the trefoil node.
