LINGUOCULTURAL INTERPRETATION OF LANDSCAPE UNITS IN UZBEKISTAN AND ENGLISH

This article explores the linguocultural interpretation of landscape units in Uzbek and English from a comparative perspective. The study analyzes the semantic structure, nominative features, and cultural meanings of lexical units denoting landscape elements. Landscape units are considered not only as nominative means for representing geographical objects but also as linguocognitivestructures reflecting historical experience, worldview, and value systems of a speech community.
