Anchors, Alignments, Mechanisms, and Geometric State Progression in the Universal Algorithm of Existence

This manuscript presents the Universal Algorithm of Existence (UAE) as a master synthesis research program organized around four layers: empirical anchors, alignment evidence, mechanism proposals, and geometric-state progression. It consolidates the author’s UAE archive with externally grounded references from major laboratories and collaborations, including time-boundary operations, quantum recovery protocols, quantum-state geometry, baryonic asymmetry, collective phenomena, rare-decay refinement, and hidden-structure search frontiers. The paper distinguishes experimentally established domains from interpretive extensions and introduces a geometric-state progression proposal in which some systems may be more naturally parameterized by intrinsic position in an energy-entropy state manifold than by external clock time alone. The aim is not to claim definitive confirmation of UAE, but to define a coherent, testable information-physics research program with a structured empirical map and explicit falsifiability pathway.
