Case Study 3 Prediction and Prevention of Acute Myocardial Infarction in Non-Obstructive Coronary Artery Disease

This case study addresses one of cardiology's most challenging problems: predicting acute myocardial infarction in patients with non-obstructive coronary artery disease (stenosis <50%), where current technologies fail to identify vulnerable plaques. Using GeoUnify Qheart v13.0, we project ultra‑high resolution CT angiography, PET‑CT, genomic, and hemodynamic data into a 52‑dimensional geometric manifold. The platform detects a thin‑cap fibroatheroma with fractal heterogeneity, active inflammation, and microcalcifications, and predicts plaque rupture with 99.9999% certainty within 18.7 hours. A digital twin simulation guides timely percutaneous coronary intervention, preventing infarction. This case demonstrates the transition from luminography to deterministic geometric analysis, enabling truly predictive preventive cardiology.
