Maternal Serum Progesterone, BMI and Neonatal Sex Ratio after FET

This dataset contains the minimal anonymized data required to reproduce the analyses presented in the manuscript: “Maternal Serum Progesterone and BMI Are Associated with Neonatal Sex Ratios Following Single Frozen Embryo Transfer”. The dataset includes key variables used in statistical models, including BMI, serum progesterone levels, neonatal sex, and selected covariates. All data have been fully anonymized.
