Raw data for: Follicular Fluid Meiosis-Activating Sterol (FF-MAS) Enhances Lens Transparency by Increasing the Solubility of αA-Crystallin in Cataracts

This dataset contains the raw data underlying Figures 1–7 of the manuscript entitled “Follicular Fluid Meiosis-Activating Sterol (FF-MAS) Enhances Lens Transparency by Increasing the Solubility of αA-Crystallin in Cataracts”. The files include original image data and quantitative raw data generated from mouse inhibitor-induced cataract experiments, HLE-B3 cell assays expressing αA-crystallin (R116C), and rat selenite-induced cataract models. Specifically, the dataset covers slit-lamp and ex vivo lens images, confocal and immunofluorescence images, Western blot source data, Congo red staining, transmission electron microscopy images, CCK-8 assay data, TUNEL assay data, and biochemical measurements including cholesterol, T-AOC, SOD, MDA, and GSH. These raw data support the analyses presented in Figures 1–7 and are provided to enable transparency, verification, and reuse of the study results.
