Constitutional Delict as a Ground for Constitutional-Legal Liability of the Highest Official of a Constituent Entity of the Russian Federation: Features and Composition

This article contains a study of the signs and composition of the constitutional delict in relation to the highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation. The subject under study has a number of peculiarities due to his position, so the analysis of the constitutional offense makes a significant practical sense. The author determines whether a constitutional delict is a classic in the standard sense, and also considers this legal institution through the signs of an offence.
