NMR titration of FKBP7 with rapamycin, everolimus, FK506 and DMSO

These files correspond to the NMR data and their analysis used to prepare Figures 4H and S6 of the preprint https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.64898/2026.01.18.700172v1. The NMR data containing 1D and 2D 1H-15N SOFAST-HMQC spectra of 15N labeled FKBP7, alone and for increasing concentrations of rapamyin, everolimus, FK506 or DMSO at 700 MHz or 800 MHz are available in the folder 'nmrdata'. The CCPNMR 2.5.2 project corresponding to the analysis of the spectra are available in the 'FKBP7_zenodo'. The xmgrace file used to generate the final figure S6 is ratio.agr with the pdf file 'ratio.pdf.'
