Abstract

This article describes the eddy-current method for measuring the electrical conductivity of semiconductor materials. Eddy current nondestructive testing is based on recording changes in the electromagnetic field in a semiconductor. This enables reading the signal from the eddy current transducer and analyzing electromagnetic field data. The article describes the eddy-current transducer used and presents experimental results confirming the feasibility of the eddy-current method for studying semiconductor materials.
