This repo contains all releases of the GitHub repo https://github.com/r3xth0r/ski-slope-runoff with a persistend identifier. The final release, v3.0 (as of commit 535f115) includes: the runoff dataset (./dat/raw/all_data.csv) preprocessing and statistical analysis data imputation random forest tuning, training and prediction assessment: feature importance, individual conditional expectation and partial dependence plots all scripts for reproducing the figures in the manuscript as well as additional plots, and a makefile to build all plots in different output file formats The general repo structure is as follows: dat: data sets dev: development (scripts) doc: documentation gis: GIS projects and auxiliary data plt: plots / figures renv: R environment configuration - see renv for details Dataset description The doc folder contains a README with a detailed dataset description, as well as a csv-file with additional metadata information.
