Abstract

Introduction : Dentin undergoes progressive mineralization by external stimuli. Orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) applies continuous mechanical forces to teeth, yet its biological effects on dentin mineralization remain unclear. We aimed to investigate the influence of OTM on dentin mineralization and the associated molecular responses using a rat model.
