Taking into Account the Goals of Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in the Process of Public Control (Supervision)

The article is devoted to the consideration of the goals of promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of public control and supervision. The article examines the measures of state support for SMEs, which are enshrined in Federal Law No. 209-FZ, as well as financial and property mechanisms, preferential lending programs, and guarantees. The article also examines Federal Laws No. 294-FZ and No. 248-FZ, which regulate public control and supervision aimed at preventing violations and reducing administrative pressure on businesses. The main problems of SME development have been identified, and practical recommendations have been proposed to improve the efficiency of state regulation and strengthen cooperation between business and government.
