A espiritualidade inaciana como fenômeno de valorização da subjetividade e interioridade humana

Os Exercícios Espirituais (EE) de Santo Inácio de Loyola são um itinerário de vida espiritual, em vista da união com o Mistério cristão. Nisto consiste a mística inaciana. Mas, o que isso significa para seu criador? Como isso acontece? Estas questões são fundamentais para, diante do objeto de pesquisa, traçar o objetivo deste estudo: compreender que os EE valorizam a subjetividade e a interioridade humana, componentes de sua natureza. Esta tarefa exige contextualizar sua formação: a experiência pessoal de Inácio, os elementos que influenciaram direta ou indiretamente em seu exercitatório e sua compreensão da relação com Deus. Desta busca, chega-se à constatação de que são intensamente presentes em sua mística elementos espirituais e teológicos oriundos da Idade Média, conjugados com o perfil cultural e religioso próprios do Renascimento. Assim, os Exercícios conduzem a pessoa a um caminho de discernimento interno e a uma ressignificação da vida diante do Mistério que, no agir de sua graça, leva em conta a natureza humana, ressaltando sua subjetividade e interioridade. Abstract: The Spiritual Exercises (EE) of Saint Ignatius of Loyola are an itinerary of spiritual life, with a view to union with the Christian Mystery. This is what Ignatian mysticism consists of. But what does this mean for its creator? How does this happen? These questions are fundamental to, given the research object, outline the objective of this study: understanding that EE values human subjectivity and interiority, components of their nature. This task requires contextualizing his training: Ignatius’ personal experience, the elements that directly or indirectly influenced his training and his understanding of his relationship with God. From this search, we come to the conclusion that spiritual and theological elements originating from the Middle Ages are intensely present in its mystique, combined with the cultural and religious profile typical of the Renaissance. Thus, the Exercises lead the person to a path of internal discernment and a new meaning of life in the face of the Mystery which, in the action of its grace, takes human nature into account, highlighting its subjectivity and interiority.
