Copyright protection algorithm for digital cultural and artistic products based on fuzzy clustering

With the rapid development of digital technology, digital cultural and artistic products such as digital paintings, music, film and television works have become an important part of contemporary culture. However, while these works enjoy the convenience and popularity brought by digitization, they also face serious copyright protection issues. The activities of infringement through illegal copying and piracy happen again and again, bringing serious harm to the creators’ legitimate rights and interests as well as the healthy development of the market. Thus, how to protect the copyright of digital cultural and artistic products effectively is a significant issue to be settled. In this paper, a fuzzy clustering based combined copyright protection algorithm for digital cultural and artistic products is presented to enhance the copyright management of digital art works by technical means. Fuzzy clustering is one of the most important technologies in data mining, and it brings some new thoughts and methods into copyright protection with its advantages to deal with uncertain and fuzzy data.
