Abstract

Our work provides a comprehensive, time-resolved single-cell transcriptomic and epigenomic atlas of the inflamed cornea, defining cellular functional heterogeneity, cis-regulatory networks, and intercellular communication during corneal pathological regeneration. These findings offer valuable insights into corneal pathology.
