Quantum Many-Body Scars as Temporal Phase Closure of the Existence Equation

Evidence Paper I. The PXP Hamiltonian is not a modeling choice but the unique transition matrix forced by nearest-neighbor exclusion on a 1D chain (T_constraint = H_PXP to machine precision, L=8-24). Quantum many-body scars emerge as temporal phase closure: when spatial smoothing is blocked by constraint, deviation circulates temporally. Revival period converges to T_inf = 4.72/Omega (98.6% at L=24).
