Efficacy and Safety of Albuvirtide Intensification for Low-Level Viremia in People Living with HIV-1: A Retrospective Pilot Study

ABT intensification effectively suppresses HIV-1 low-level viremia. Viral suppression reached 85.2% by week 28 in high-risk patients. CD4+ T-cell counts increased significantly without CD8+ expansion. The CD4/CD8 ratio improved markedly following ABT treatment.
