Evaluation of advancing local dairy development in Nigeria

<ns3:p>This document is the baseline evaluation report for the Gates Foundation's Advancing Local Dairy Development in Nigeria program. The Foundation contracted Mathematica to evaluate the outcomes and impacts of the program along three dimensions in its theory of change: dairy production and income, nutrition, and women's empowerment. This report presents findings during at the baseline phase of the evaluation.</ns3:p>
