Interrelations between Dark Triad Traits and Moral Disengagement as Psychological Correlates of Propensity for Deviant Behavior among Military Personnel

The study examines associations between Dark Triad traits and moral disengagement among military personnel in the context of the full-scale armed conflict in Ukraine.The empirical analysis drew on data from 90 respondents assessed with the Short Dark Triad questionnaire (SD-3) and an 8-item moral disengagement scale (MD-8).Spearman's correlation analysis identified a positive association between the general Dark Triad index and moral disengagement, indicating their coordinated role.
