Proactive anti-racism training for healthcare: study protocol for the development and evaluation of an Australian cognitive-behavioural therapy-informed racism reduction programme

The study has been approved by the Central Adelaide Local Health Network Human Research Ethics Committee (2024/HRE0057) and the Aboriginal Health Council of South Australia Aboriginal Health Research Ethics Committee (04-24-1130). Research dissemination will occur through presentations to stakeholders, academic journals and conference presentations. Refining the model at each phase will maximise its readiness for scalability across multiple health, medical education and potentially broader sectors in the future.
