IFC Results and Accountability Portal (RAP) data compiled for the five-year period FY2020–FY2024. Covers IFC investment and advisory operations evaluated through the Anticipated Impact Measurement and Monitoring (AIMM) framework and the Expanded Project Supervision Report (XSR) validation cycle. Fields include: project ID, country, sector, instrument type (loans, equity, guarantees), commitment volume, development outcome score, business performance score, IFC additionality rating, FCS flag, and fragile state classification. Used to document the IFC fragile states performance gap (11% satisfactory) and the additionality problem in the Private Sector Window analysis.
