Sex- and Disease-Stratified Patient-Specific Four-Chamber Heart Models from Clinical CT

This dataset contains a virtual cohort of 50 patient-specific four-chamber heart models derived from clinical CT scans, stratified by sex (with a 50% split between male M and female F) and two disease status: healthy controls (M=13, F=13), heart failure with narrow QRS duration (M=6, F=6), and heart failure with wide QRS duration (M=6, F=6). Each model includes anatomically detailed tetrahedral meshes with fibre orientations and the parameter files for benchmark electrophisiology and passive inflation simulations. The cohort was generated using the CEMRG Heartbuilder pipeline, ensuring consistent processing and high anatomical fidelity.
