Dual-target magnetic resonance-guided focused ultrasound of the subthalamic and ventral intermediate nuclei for Parkinson's disease: illustrative case.

This report illustrates the technical feasibility and safety of dual-target MRgFUS for Parkinson's disease, achieved through intraoperative, symptom-guided decision-making.
