Method for Determining the Polarization of LFM Probing Pulses of Airborne Radars in an Autocorrelation Receiver of Information and Control Systems

The article presents a method for determining the polarization of LFM probing pulses emitted by airborne radars using an autocorrelation receiver of information and control systems. An analysis of the features of autocorrelation reception of LFM probing pulses from airborne radars is carried. The necessity of additional procedures at the autocorrelator output to enable the determination of polarization of these LFM pulses is substantiated. A functional diagram of an autocorrelation receiver of information and control systems is developed, which facilitates the identification of the polarization of LFM probing pulses from airborne radars.
