One-Step Growth Calculator: Calculate Phage Burst Size and Latent Period from OSG Experiment Data

A free, browser-based calculator for analyzing one-step growth (OSG) experiments. Users enter pre-lysis, rise-phase, and post-rise phage titer data; the tool calculates burst size (arithmetic mean, median, trimmed mean, and geometric mean) and latent period (constant period and midpoint-of-rise estimates), with optional unadsorbed-phage correction. Results include an annotated OSG curve showing key values directly on the plot, a data summary table, phase-flatness warnings, and an experiment design assistant. No installation required.
