The administration of school principals’ performance assessment (PKKS) in many educational institutions remains largely manual, resulting in inefficiencies, data inconsistencies, and limited accessibility, which hinder effective decision-making and accountability. This study aims to develop and validate a web-based data administration system for PKKS through the ALVA application. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach adapted from the Borg and Gall model, involving stages of needs analysis, system design, product development, expert validation, revision, user testing, and evaluation. The subjects consisted of expert validators (media, IT, content, and language experts) and system users (school principals, teachers, and operators), with data collected through questionnaires and observations and analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods. The results indicate that the developed system is highly feasible and effective, as evidenced by expert validation scores categorized as feasible to highly feasible and user evaluations showing very high effectiveness across usability, functionality, efficiency, and information clarity aspects. The system successfully integrates PKKS data into a centralized platform, improving administrative efficiency, reducing manual workload, enhancing data accuracy, and supporting transparent and accountable reporting processes. In conclusion, the ALVA-based PKKS data administration system is valid, practical, and effective, and it can serve as a strategic tool to support data-driven educational management and improve the quality of school leadership performance assessment.
