The Effect Of Communication And Teamwork On Employee Performance At The Regional Secretariat Sibolga City

This study aims to determine the effect of Communication (X1) and Teamwork (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Regional Secretariat of Sibolga City. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, utilizing a sample of 46 respondents. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Linear Regression. The results indicate a strong correlation, with coefficients of 0.674 for Communication and 0.628 for Teamwork. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0.560, implying that 56% of the variance in Employee Performance is simultaneously influenced by Communication and Teamwork, while the remaining 44% is attributed to external factors. Partial testing (t-test) and simultaneous testing (F-test) confirm that both variables have a positive and significant impact on performance.
