Abstract

Ovarian cancer remains a lethal disease, often marked by platinum resistance, highlighting the need for innovative therapies and efficient selection of candidates for early-phase trials. Few studies have characterized outcomes or risks among ovarian cancer patients enrolled in phase I trials to better identify those most likely to benefit.
