<title>Extract</title> We have read with great interest the European Respiratory Society (ERS)/European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR) clinical practice guidelines for connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD), which are commendable for providing evidence-based recommendations on the management of screening, diagnosis and treatment of patients with CTD-ILD and rheumatoid arthritis-associated ILD (RA-ILD) [1].
