Self-Assembly of Binary Peptide System in the Solid State Induced by the Presence of Environmental Water – An Unusual Case of Ex-Vivo Peptides Cooperation

This dataset contains the key physicochemical characterization results for a binary peptide system described in the publication “Self-Assembly of Binary Peptide System in the Solid State Induced by the Presence of Environmental Water – An Unusual Case of Ex-Vivo Peptides Cooperation” by Kacper Drużbicki, Rafał Dolot, Sławomir Kaźmierski, and Marek J. Potrzebowski (see the preprint @ https://doi.org/10.26434/chemrxiv.15000053/v1). The data are organized into Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Solid State NMR for the studied systems: PVPV, VPVP, and PVPV+VPVP. The dataset presents the most important experimental results illustrating the influence of environmental water on peptide self-assembly in the solid state and their mutual cooperation.
