Glocalization as a trend in modern logistics coordination

Modern logistics is facing the challenges of globalization, geopolitical instability, digitalization, and growing demands for personalization of services. Traditional supply chains based on centralization demonstrate vulnerability in crisis situations such as the COVID‑19 pandemic, which actualizes the search for hybrid strategies. The concept of glocalization, combining global integration with local adaptation, is considered as a key trend for increasing the sustainability of logistics systems. The purpose of the study is to analyze the methods of logistical coordination in the context of glocalization and to develop recommendations for business in conditions of uncertainty. The work uses system analysis, quantitative methods and digital tools. The results show that optimizing resource allocation, partner diversification, inventory localization, and the use of blockchain increase supply chain flexibility and reduce risks and costs. Key findings include the need for strategic partnerships with local players, the creation of insurance reserves, and the adaptation of logistics models to regional specifics. The study confirms that glocalization allows companies to maintain global efficiency while strengthening resilience to external shocks through a balance of standardization and customization.
