Autonomous Content Generation and Management for Startup Social Media Marketing using Agentic AI

Small startups often struggle to keep their social media accounts active because they lack the budget for dedicated marketing staff. Inconsistent posting limits their ability to grow a customer base. This paper presents a cost-effective, automated system designed to solve this problem using Agentic AI. Unlike standard scheduling tools, this system acts as an autonomous manager: it creates content, plans schedules, and posts to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn without constant human supervision. The core innovation is an intelligent “Planner” module that translates high-level business goals into specific daily tasks. Furthermore, the system includes a feedback loop that analyzes audience engagement and sentiment to adjust future content strategies automatically. We evaluated the system using a dataset of $\mathbf{4 5}$ distinct marketing scenarios. Results show that the AI agent reduces the time required to manage social media by approximately 85 percent compared to manual methods, while maintaining content quality comparable to human marketers.
