Effective joint venture influencing: A strategic approach

The proposed framework has been built based on the combined experience of the authors in leading Joint Ventures for exploration, development and production projects. Our experience was acquired while working with major, mid-size and independent operators in oil and gas, based in the US, Europe, Australia, and the UK, over the last 35+ years, on projects around the world.
