<b>EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: DESAFIOS DA INCLUSÃO ESCOLAR</b>

This research is the result of observations made through a literature review, which discusses the importance of including children with disabilities in Early Childhood Education, considering the obstacles and opportunities for inclusive actions. Special Education has been widely discussed in the context of school inclusion, due to its vast demand and the need to educate citizens who, despite their limitations, have the same guaranteed right to enter and remain in regular school, just like other students considered 'normal'. The role of the teacher is crucial, requiring personalized planning, constant reflection and interdisciplinary cooperation to meet the particular demands of each child. This study aims to conduct a literature review on the obstacles to the inclusion of people with disabilities in regular early childhood education. In short, there are several obstacles that complicate the inclusion of students with disabilities. Among them, the following stand out: schools without adequate physical infrastructure, the shortage of teachers, the difficulty in obtaining a diagnosis, and the deficiency in teacher training, are some of the daily challenges that schools face. Some of these obstacles require the implementation of public policies, such as accessibility, while others require a humanized perspective from teachers and the entire school team.
